You can reach our customer service at any time for ordering, questions about your order and other questions. The easiest way to do this is, is to fill in the contact form. Here you can ask your question, give a suggestion or complaint. Of course you can also reach us by telephone!
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We try hard to satisfy our customers for 100%, so we offer a 100% guarantee when it comes to leather products. If you are not satisfied and want to return your product, please check our returns policy.
If you would like to complain about any of our products or services, please contact our customer service department. Just fill in the contact form. You will receive a confirmation by email immediately and you will receive a response to your complaint by email within 2 working days. It is also possible to submit your complaint by telephone or in writing (see address below). We will provide you with a substantive (written) response within 14 business days.
If you do not appreciate this, you can also always contact the department of the Webshop Keurmerk Foundation, where www.speklab.eu and www.speklab.co.uk is affiliated with. Should the mediation attempt for any reason not lead to a satisfactory solution, then there is the possibility of submitting your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
OPENING HOURS CUSTOMER SERVICE
Monday till Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 hour
Outside our opening hours, our answering machine is on. If you enter your name, phone number and (if any) customer number, you will be called back as soon as possible. Our customer service is closed on New Year’s Day, 2nd Easter Day, King’s Day, Ascension Day, 2nd Pentecost and Christmas.
